No Struggle, No Progress
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."
Carroll High School is celebrating its recent achievement of a "B" status in the statewide school performance scores for the 2023-2024 academic year. This accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of the administration, teachers, counselors, clerks, paraprofessionals, custodians, cafeteria workers, parents, community members, and, most importantly, the students. Their collective efforts have truly paid off, as they reaped the "fruits of their labor."
In addition to the "B" rating, Carroll High School was honored as an Opportunity Honoree for exceptional performance among students with disabilities, economically disadvantaged students, and English learners, who ranked in the 90th percentile or above. This recognition highlights the school's commitment to providing opportunities for all students to succeed.
Principal Patrick Taylor expressed his gratitude, stating, "I would like to say thank you to the Carroll High School family for trusting, believing, and working to make a difference in the lives of students at Carroll High School." He also emphasized the importance of perseverance, quoting, "The prize is not always given to the swift but to those who persevere to the end."
Congratulations to Carroll High School for this significant milestone!
