Viola Bradley Bias's Life Celebration

Sister Viola Bradley Bias was born May 11, 1952 in Monroe LA to the late Zella Mae Bradley and O.C. Bradley. Throughout her life, Viola demonstrated unwavering dedication and active participation in church, starting at an early age. Her journey took her to Milwaukee WS and Champaign IL. She retired from the Danville Correctional Center in Danville IL, where she served as a correctional officer supervisor in the facility's cafeteria utilizing her culinary degree which displayed her culinary talents and skills. Upon retiring in 2017, she returned to Monroe LA where she continued to enjoy the love and fellowship of family and friends. Her life was a testament to the teachings and values of Christ. Viola transitioned from this life on October 16, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Rodney Price, maternal grandparents George and Alberta Thompson, paternal grandparents Annie and Edward Bradley. Left to cherish memories husband Johnnie Bias, son Fred Allen Prince Jr., three brothers Eugene Bradley (Connie), Bobby Bradley (Kimmie), Kevin Bradley, three sisters Sharon Wilhite, Carolyn Bradley, Terri Bradley four stepsons, two stepdaughters, and a host of grandchildren relatives and friends. Viola's funeral services were October 26, 2024 at St. Timothy Baptist Church in Monroe LA.
