St. James Baptist Church in Sterlington, LA, celebrated its 155th Church Anniversary in October 2024, under the leadership of Rev. Richard Wilson III. The special guest for the occasion was Rev. Dr. Alonzo Clark of St. Luke Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. During the celebration, several church members were honored for their outstanding service, including Sister Bobbie McFarland, Sister Frances Smith, and Sister Amber Davis. Pastor Richard Wilson III was also pictured with the honorees.
