Carroll 1974 50th Reunion

The Carroll High School Class of 1974 recently celebrated their 50th Year Class Reunion to the theme, "Nobody Does it Better than the Class of 1974." The class of 1974 was the only group of students who were collectively educated during the single year's existence of the Carroll Ninth Grade Center. This week's events reunited 1974 graduates of Carroll High School with other Ninth Grade Center students who ultimately graduated from Neville, Richwood, and Wossman High Schools but who still hold Carroll close to their hearts on September 19-22, 2024. Events for the week included: a meet and greet session at Bayou Bowl; game-day tailgating and game attendance; a lively, beautifully decorated, and delectable banquet held at the NELA Delta African American Heritage Museum; Sunday services at Lone Wa Baptist Church; and, an after-church lunch gathering at a local restaurant.
