Streetscape Mural Projects - Call for Artists

The City of Monroe is pleased to announce two opportunities for large-scale public art projects. Streetscape murals will be created on Art Alley and at the entrance of the Louisiana Purchase Gardens & Zoo. These projects are funded by the National Main Street Center through the U.S. Department of Transportation's Thriving Communities Program.
