Dr. Phedra Owens Brantley Farewell

Dr. Phedra Owens Brantley 53, went home to be with the Lord on August 30, 2024. She was a educator, principal and human resources supervisor in the Monroe City Schools until her retirement. Hearts are saddened by her passing. Services will be announced from McFarland Funeral Home
