The 22nd Monroe/Ouachita Grambling University National Alumni Association's 22nd Evening with Grambling State University Athletic Department was Thursday August 15, 2024 at the Abe E. Pierce Convention Center in Monroe LA. Former Grambling Athletes were Ronald "Stein" Lawrence, James "Coach" Hughey (posthumously) and Levelle Moore. Grambling SWAC Championship Basketball, Baseball and Soccer Teams were honored with monetary gifts by Monroe/Ouachita Alumni and Robert and Pauline Clark. West Monroe Alderman served as master of ceremony. Ezzard Burton is Monroe/Ouachita Grambling University National Alumni Association President.
