Shine

Of course, we see how the world is becoming—cold, flavorless, and unsafe in so many ways. It's okay, though, because God is still God. He is still in control. He is still sovereign, and He is still faithful.

In times like these, we must remember that no matter how dark it gets, we can still rejoice because we are the light. It's in the darkness that we shine best.

No matter what or who loses its flavor, we don't, because we are the "salt" of the earth. No matter how cold it gets, God will hide us under His wings and feathers. We'll always be warm in Him.

It's time to get up! We can't allow the enemy to get the best of us. We have the Sovereign God on our side. We are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus.

We have to get up and fight—fight for our lives, our health, our children, our marriages, our families, and all that God has given us.

We no longer have time to lie down casually, hoping things get better. We ARE the better. Our lights aren't little either—so, shine!
