Hegwood Homegoing Service

Homegoing services for the oldest Minister of Music in Monroe LA was called on July 28, 2024 to play for the Lord's Heavenly Choir. Services for Mother Naomi Hegwood will be Saturday August 10, 2024 at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church at 211 Mt. Zion St. Rev Ike Byrd ll will officiate at 11 am. Visitation is Friday August 9, 2024 from 1 to 6 pm at Miller Funeral Home, Inc. She leaves to cherish her memories three sons Ulysses S. Grant Detroit MI, McQullar Hegwood aka Bilal Omari and Aaron Hegwood Atlanta GA, one daughter Rita Y. Hegwood Helton Dallas TX, nineteen grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 13 great grands.
