Awesome Fathers

A blessed and joyous occasion! My son, Steven Higgins surprised my grandson, Rev. Johnathon B. Higgins on Father's Day at the Jamieson Memorial Temple CME Church in Kansas City, MO on June 16, 2024. Rev. Johnathon delivered a powerful and inspiring message entitled, "The Man In The Reflection, " scripture Ephesians 6 chapter, verses 2 and 3. Johnathon states, "Well Father's Day this year was full...as I sat from bringing forth my Heavenly Father's word I look out during the acknowledgment of guests and see a man dressed sharper than me and I say that man dressed like my dad. To my surprise My dad came in town to hear me preach and spend Father's Day with me." Johnathon is the proud son of Joyce R. Sims of Monroe, LA and Steven Higgins of Boise, ID. The proud grandson of Johnnie M. Thomas and the late Essie Sims of Monroe, LA. How awesome is that!
