In Loving Memory of Rev. James M. Lawson, Jr.

Dear friends, June 11, 2024 we mourn the passing of our beloved Reverend Lawson. We send our deepest condolences to the Lawson family. Son, Brother, Husband, Father, Grandfather, Prophet, Pastor, Teacher, Activist, and Friend - his remarkable life blessed so many of us! We are profoundly grateful for the Legacy that he left with us to carry on: SOULFORCE and we recommit to the practice of Nonviolence in his honor. Thank you for your presence and participation in the sacred conversations and activism with Rev. Lawson that we have experienced over the decades - in this and other community spaces.
