No Struggle, No Progress

Don't Let Me Miss Heaven

The longer I live, the more I can relate to an old song by Bryan Andrew Wilson that used to play in the 90s. Essentially, the song's lyrics and message revolve around the desire not to lose sight of spiritual goals and values while pursuing worldly dreams and achievements.

The most significant part of the song, as alluded to by its title, expresses the recurring plea to "not miss heaven" and highlights the importance of keeping spiritual priorities as the main focus in life. This reflects a concern that, in the pursuit of earthly goals, one might lose connection with their faith and ultimate spiritual destination.

We have had, and will continue to have, experiences that test our moral code and beliefs. This song is a helpful reminder to anyone who may juggle ambition with personal beliefs. While we pursue our goals, we should also strive to maintain our spiritual and moral compass to avoid being led astray.

It's never too late or too early to remember and put this into practice. As long as you are living, you have a chance not to miss heaven.
