Shooting Suspect Surrenders

Disclaimer: All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. A Winnsboro man who was sought for an alleged murder recently surrendered to authorities. According to sources, an arrest warrant was issued for Isaiah Davis in connection with the death of a local man known as "Quay". Allegedly, Davis was robbed by Quay and others. Sources indicate that Davis learned about the alleged robbery from one of the individuals acquainted with Quay, leading him to confront Quay and allegedly shoot him several times. Additionally, sources claim that Davis is related to Valerie Davis, who was wanted by law enforcement authorities and was arrested by the Monroe Police on a charge of Attempted Second Degree Murder on January 14, 2024, according to reports.
