According to the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a disturbance call on April 22, 2024, at a residence on Blackwood Dr. in Monroe. Deputies were informed that the suspect, later identified as 20-year-old Sincere Johnson, allegedly fired two shots from his weapon before leaving in a black Dodge truck.
