No Struggle, No Progress
Exodus 20 gives an outline of God's commands to his people after leaving Egypt. In Leviticus we read the breakdown of the commandments that there's no misunderstanding of what God expects from his people.
_ worship of God
_Sabbath Worship
_ purification of his people
_ purity in the family
_ Reverence for God's Name
_Order in the sanctuary
_ Disciplined
time for God's feasts etc. etc.
God wants his people sanctified only to himself, the sheep of his pasture, set aside for his use, obedient to his voice, doing what he says.
Christians are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation that has been called out of darkness into his marvelous light. The eyes of the Lord are upon the Christians, and his ears are open to their prayers.
