Among its distinguished alumni is Matthew Hamilton Williams lll, a name synonymous with Carroll's storied legacy in academics, athletics and leadership. As a senior class president and a key football player in Carroll's 1968 Louisiana State Championship Football Team, the last to secure such a title, Matthew exemplified the spirit of determination and excellence. His involvement in the band and student government further showcased hi multifaceted talents and commitment to his community. Matthew's journey from Carroll High to Baylor University and then to a professional football career reflects the enduring impact of Carroll's foundational values. Today as a devoted husband, father and grandfather, Matthew continues to inspire with his unwavering spirit and dedication.
