Good health refers to a state of complete emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical well-being. Health is central to managing stress and living a longer, more active life. Mental and physical health are the two most frequently discussed types of health. It is important to approach "health" as a whole, rather than as a series of separate factors. All types of health are linked, and people should aim for overall well-being and balance as the keys to good health. Why nutrition is important? Good nutrition is an important part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and cancer), and promote your overall health. Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and wellbeing. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health. Aging is associated with changes in dynamic biological, physiological, environmental, psychological, behavioral, and social processes.
