No Struggle, No Progress

Do God Good

I recently purchased this cool hat while on summer vacation. The hat is made up of bright green and blue colors with the words "DO GOOD" typed in bold white type font. Sometimes, I am out and forget what I am wearing, but I am often reminded of what I have on if someone stops to compliment or remark about my attire. One day, a woman approached me while I was out running errands wearing my new hat. She shared that she needed help and explained how she needed me to help. We came to a resolution, and I was able to assist her.

I presume she saw my hat and approached me because it was positive. Sometimes, though, I am approached even if I don't have on any clothing that indicates I "do good", but I feel encouraged by God to help in ways I can.

When you start outwardly showing what you believe and wear it boldly, don't be surprised if someone asks you for help. Those who identify as Christians are called to be an extension of Christ, not just sharing the good news but committing to Godly acts when necessary. When true Christians are working "in the field", there are assignments we are given. It is up to us to stay in flow with God to determine how we are to help one another.
