Suspect Sought

Disclaimer: All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Officers of the Monroe Police Department are conducting a manhunt for suspect LaQuanta Lynch in connection to a deadly shooting. Lynch has been identified as a suspect in a shooting that happened at the Parkview Apartments on September 22, 2023. Lynch is being sought in reference to a shooting that claimed the life of 60-year-old Rebecca Jones. As of press time, no other details have been released as the manhunt continues. Monroe Police said that a warrant for Second Degree Murder has been obtained for his arrest/capture.
