Free Family Reading Programs

Prime Time Family Reading and Prime Time Preschool Reading programs brings families together once a week for six weeks to read award-winning children's books and then participate in discussion around the important themes found within them. Prime Time partners with local schools, libraries and community groups to bring these free programs to local families, who also get to keep the books used during the program to build their home libraries. An initiative of the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Prime Time has been reaching Louisiana families for more than 30 years.
