No Struggle, No Progress

Leo Kelly's Farewell

Sunrise January 14, 1959 Sunset May 1, 2023

One should cry when they're born and rejoice when they go home. Leo Kelly, 64, was an iconic figure in Richwood, LA, which was his home. He was a 1977 graduate of Richwood High School. Kelly was the owner and licensed barber of Sir K's Hair Designs. He additionally was employed by the Town of Richwood in Public Relations. Kelly was a barber at Swanson Correctional Center for Youth for many years. He served as Alderman for the town of Richwood for 20 years. Kelly was called home on Monday, May 1, 2023. Don't grieve for me, for now, I'm free. I'm following the paths God made for me. I took his hand, I heard him call, then turned and bid farewell to all. Funeral services are incomplete and will be announced from McFarland Funeral Companies.
