Why Wait When God Says Go?

Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. Day to day, countless numbers of men and women that say they love God, arise from their slumber, just to put off for another day, what can be done today. There is such a defeated, complacent mindset in the body of Christ. Opportunities, gifts, talents and even lives are going to waste each day. God is calling to all that are called by His name, to rise up and take our places in the Kingdom. If we don't, so many will regret it. Many will even perish. What’s life, if it’s not pleasing the One who gave us life? What are we afraid of? Why do what God’s calling us to do later, instead of now? Right now, may be all the time many have. If you’re waiting for everything to be perfect to start, you may never begin. If you never begin, you may never win; so, what does that say about your stewardship and love for God? Ask yourself right now, what exactly are you doing with the life that God gave you. Every day we live, we get closer to leaving here. Don’t keep procrastinating. Whatever God’s calling you to do, know He is with you. Just do it! Do it prayerfully. Do it confidently. Do it faithfully. Do it well. Do all you can do, unto God. Whatever we give Him in honor, He gives us back in blessings- multiplied. Rise up!
