State Testing

Hello everyone! This week I will be discussing State Testing. I start my state testing this upcoming week, but by the time this column is in the newspaper, I'll have already finished my state testing. State testing can be extremely stressful; it determines whether you pass or not, which adds more to the stress and is exhausting. I wrote a column about state testing almost a year ago, but if not, then a year ago. But, here are a few things to do during your week of testing, 1. Wear comfortable clothes, wearing comfortable clothing helps you relax, and focus better. 2. Chew gum, I know this sounds odd, but chewing gum helps you relax, and be less nervous. 3. Do your best, do the best you can no matter the outcome, as long as you've done your personal best that's all that matters.
