Donald "Duck" Logwood's Journey

Donald Wayne Logwood was born in Monroe, LA, on November 12, 1969 to Georgetta Logwood. Duck, as he was affectionately known, attended Booker T. Washington Elementary School. He was a great cook and blessed many people at Frank and Janie's, Big Top Restaurants, and Walmart Supercenter. He was employed at Graphic Packaging at the time of his death. He also was an amazing employee at Wagner Logistics. Duck had an extraordinary sense of humor! He loved to dance and was always the life of the party. He was preceded in death by his mother - Georgetta Logwood, grandmother - Carrie Logwood, uncle - Clyde Logwood, wife - Brenda Carter, and son - Kendrick Coleman. He went home to be with the Lord on February 9, 2023.

Left to cherish his memories are three children - Ladonna Carter, Donald D. Logwood, and Brytni Logwood all of Monroe, LA; four sisters - Adraine, Roshonda, and Chamel Logwood of Monroe LA and Asia Logwood Smith (Antwain) of Longview, TX, five brothers - Bryan, Demetrius, Vincent, Marcus, and Jerry Logwood; and a host of grandchildren, family, and friends. His funeral services were Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Miller Funeral Home in Monroe, LA.
