No Struggle, No Progress
Carroll's Alliance for Success, and Excellence (CASE) donatied the Big Life Journal for Teens and Tweens to all 576 students who attend Carroll High School (CHS). This interactive journal is graphically appealing and brilliantly designed with tweens and teens in mind to develop their growth mindset. With all the uncertainty the world, and these students have endured over the last three years, members of CASE consider it especially important to offer additional support to our youth. The highly rated journal is very intuitive, having gained an overall rating of 4.9 on a five-point scale by parents and educators. What matters most is CHS students will gain insight on:; Improving self esteem
Setting goals
Self-exploration
Reinforcing positive self-talk
Defining what success means to them
"Your generosity shows the real meaning of Christmas. Thank you for your donations. You've made hundreds of students happier this Christmas. Again CASE, thank you for your kindness and generosity," expressed a CHS student who received the journal. "Supporters like CASE are the real champions of public education. The students were thrilled when the boxes arrived, and they knew that they would each receive a Christmas gift for under their Christmas trees," said Dr. Monica Rose. The CASE committee believes gifting the journal to students during the holiday season will embolden students to become their best, authentic selves while spreading some Christmas cheer. About CASE The Carroll Alliance for Success and Excellence (CASE) is a dedicated group of Carroll High School (CHS) volunteers, alumni, and friends who are committed to improving the academic performance of CHS students. Organized on the principles of academic excellence and responsible stewardship, CASE provides critical educational resources to CHS students.
