No Struggle, No Progress

PRAYING CHILDREN

*Inspired by God through Mary Roggerson & Morning Day Prayer Ministries

under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth Nolley, St. Mary Baptist Church

Purpose: For all children to learn, pray and confess the Word of God.

Goal: For all children to have an intimate relationship with God through prayer & His Word.

Sunday, Monday and Tuesday

Then Jesus spoke to them again, saying, “I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” John 8:12

Prayer: Father God, thank You for Your Son, Jesus, Who is the Light of the world. I trust Him as my Lord and Savior. Thank You, Jesus, for leading me out of darkness with Your marvelous light. You are the Light of my life.

Confession: Jesus is the Light of the world. He is the Light of my life.

Wednesday and Thursday

You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Matthew 5:14

Prayer: Father, thank You for all You have done in my life. I am thankful that Jesus, the Light of lights, lives in me. By Your grace, I will be a true witness of the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ so that blinded eyes may be opened.

Confession: In Christ, I am the light of the world.

Friday and Saturday

Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Matthew 5:15

Prayer: Father, thank You for another day to shine in this world. I choose not to keep the Good News to myself, but to share it in my home and with others. Father, instruct and guide me to those who have not yet received You. May my words and actions glorify and magnify You.

Confession: Because I am in Christ, I will not hide my light from the world. Instead, I will let the light shine for all to see.
