We are continuing our support of Black owned businesses throughout the month. Thursday, November 17, 2022 - Support Black-owned publications like The Monroe Dispatch, operated by Mr. Frank DeTiege and The Free Press Newspaper, owned by Mr. Roosevelt Wright. Each of these businesses publish their newspapers on Thursdays. Please stop by a local convenience store to purchase. Friday, November 18, 2022 - Visit Coney Island Connection, located at 2635 North 7th Street, West Monroe, LA. The hours of operation are 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. The owner is Mr. Chris Lewis. Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Visit Subway, located at 560 Lincoln Road, Swartz, LA. The hours of operation are 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. The owner is Ms. Cassandra Hall.
