According to police reports, an argument developed between several individuals on Loop Road not far from US Hwy 165. Belle Bayou Apartment Complex is normally a quiet area nearby schools, homes, and businesses. Around 3:30 PM Police revealed that an argument in the apartment complex's parking lot around 3:00 PM that day led to two people being shot.
