No Struggle, No Progress

Due Season

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. Of all the articles I've written, I feel this one to be very personal for someone. I sense God wants to use me to tell you to keep going in Him. Don’t give up. Don’t give in! As long as you could remember, you've called upon and served the Lord. You haven’t been flawless, in this walk, but you have been faithful. You have sacrificed, prayed, cried and desired more of God. You've helped others, even while being overlooked and unappreciated. You feel as if nobody knows the cost nor do they consider the value, of your oil, you often pour out through love. It looks like a lot of suffering and toiling, warring and wondering, is all your life has been. You are at the point now, that you want to throw in the towel and call it quits. Your head is down now but look up child of God; for your redemption is near! Nothing of your labor, has gone unnoticed. Nothing you have done, is in vain. It may seem that God’s taking a very long time, but what’s coming is so big, that you’re going to understand why God didn’t rush it. Don’t try to get ahead of God. Don’t look at the wicked and envy anything they have or have going on. Don’t covet or compete. Don’t conform. Don’t go back to doing shady things. You don’t have to. Keep trusting God! God’s coming through like a wrecking ball; not to wreck you though. He’s wrecking everything that looks like the impossible- to prove to you, that there is nothing impossible for Him. Hold on sister. Hold on brother. Your Redeemer is moving for you. It’s your due season. Don’t get out of position or grow weary. Be still and know that HE is God.
