No Struggle, No Progress
Hello everyone! This week, I'm going to be discussing Mental Health. This topic is being discussed since most schools in the area are out for spring break. Your mental health is very important, it affects how you think, feel, and act toward others. When your mental health suffers, it makes the easiest tasks harder. My advice to you all whose mental health has been suffering due to the stress of schoolwork is to take a break. To those whose spring break is this week, just let yourself rest. In order for your mind to rest, you need to be at peace, and let go of things that are worrying you. If you have an assignment that's due the second week of April, maybe you should work on it after spring break, to allow yourself a chance to regroup. When your mental health begins to suffer, other areas of your life will usually follow. Everyone needs a break, so make sure that you take a break.
