Former Ouachita Parish Chief Deputy of Voters made history Monday April 4, 2022 as the Ouachita Parish Police Jury named Isabelle Butler Ouachita Registrar of Voters. Butler has 32 years of experience in the registrar of voters' office while taking over from retiring Registrar of Voters Christa Medaries. Butler was sworn in before family and friends.
