Hello Everyone! I want to discuss Academic Validation. Academic validation can be defined as putting your grades before your mental health. I, like many other concerned students, seek academic validation, and it can be quite draining at times. You're always hard on yourself no matter what, and if you don't get an “A”, then it feels like your world is coming to an end. With academic validation, you put your grades above your mental health. My advice to you all who seek academic validation is to take a break and let your brain rest because overworking yourself can cause you to become mentally exhausted. Spend those two days over the weekend relaxing or watching your favorite tv shows to give your mind some rest.
