Southside Shootout

A shootout occurred in a parking lot on Winnsboro Rd in Monroe, LA around 5:00 PM, Friday, May 28, 2021. Sources tell the Monroe Dispatch that rivals fired several rounds at one another with no regard to innocent bystanders in the area until the sounds of police sirens were heard when said parties jumped into their vehicles to flee the premises. Now more than ever, we live in an unpredictable world, where shootings that once only happened in major U.S. cities now happen in obscure places too. Many wonder if any place is truly safe, including churches or one's very own home. Be careful. A stray bullet doesn’t stop until it strikes something or someone! What is this world coming to many may ask; Better stay prayed up because the end may be closer than you realize in these uncertain times! There are three sides to every story.
