Richwood Grad DeAngelo Williams

DeAngelo Williams is a Richwood High School 2021 graduate. While at Richwood, DeAngelo participated in numerous of activities, including SGA, head of the student council, ULM TRIO, ETS member, and Monroe Twin Cities Rotary Club member. Outside of school, he is an intern at The B Law Firm and is a graduate of the AKA Omicron Iota Omega Chapter #CAP Program. DeAngelo will attend Grambling State University with a four-year scholarship. While in his senior year of high school he received five scholarships, including the Renaissance Committee scholarship, A.W Miller scholarship, Melanated Millennial Healing The Inner Child Foundation scholarship, The B Law Firm scholarship & the Big Rod 78 Foundation scholarship. He is the first recipient of 3 of the five scholarships he obtained. While at Grambling DeAngelo plans to major in criminal justice. After graduating from GSU, he plans to attend Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, and pursue his juris doctorate degree in hopes of becoming a successful attorney. His favorite Bible verses are Philippians 4:13 & 2 Corinthians 5:7. His favorite saying is "a river cuts through rock not because of its power, but because of its persistence."
