Whitley's new venture is "Whitley's Restaurant and Live Entertainment Center" located at 201 Apple St. off South Second St in Monroe LA. And like all his ventures he has spared no expense given the massive size of the venue, renovations, huge fenced in parking, and beautiful flower garden. A ribbon cutting was recently held as "Whitley's Restaurant and Live Entertainment Center" opens for business.
