Monroe's Severe Winter Weather

Residents in south Monroe were seen making the trek to purchase more groceries at a local grocery store, Tuesday afternoon, February 16, 2021 in anticipation of more ice and snow scheduled to fall early morning, on Wednesday Feb. 17 and Thursday Feb. 18 .
