Coach Rankins is a true Neville Tiger. His commitment to the students is relentless while being a teacher, role model and a servant for over 59 years. His commitment is genuine while he is a true Neville Tiger always and forever. As always, he was spotted at an event, Neville Basketball Senior Night on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at Neville High School Gym.
