No Struggle, No Progress

Covid-19 Negligence

People keep dying because people don't wear masks and it puts everybody at risk. I used to believe that people who do not wear masks just didn't give a damn about others. But through many, many conversations and observations, I have discovered that many people really think that the masked person is protected. Unfortunately, many don't really understand the meaning of AIRBORNE nor the ramifications thereof. When a person with no mask talks, the vapors from their mouth travels on to the person with the mask on. The person with the mask is always adjusting the mask with their hands. Sometimes their hands even find their way inside the mask, especially when you pull it up and down. When you take the mask off and don't sanitize your hands, before you know it yours are somewhere on your face, i.e. mouth, eyes, and nose. The vapors also get on clothes and hair. People are not as diligent about removing their clothes. Next thing you know COVID-19 is being transferred to the chairs and beds that you sit and lay on and to people you hug. People come out of stores and take their mask off. A person without a mask could have just sneezed and the vapor is still traveling in the air. Without knowing, the unmasked person breathes it and could get infected. This same scenario applies to all public places inside and outside. It doesn't matter whether you are putting your trash out, checking your mail, walking in the park, in stores or wherever. When eating together in restaurants or at home, vapors fly around when anyone is talking. It matters not whether it's with people you love. COVID-19 really begs, "What's Love Got To Do With It?" Also, be careful eating or drinking anything prepared by anybody else that is not prepared with heat such as salads, sandwiches, and beverages that don't come from cans or bottles. Be much more careful handling MONEY. This is one of the most common ways that the virus can be transferred. I have actually seen people wiping their nose with their hand while counting money. Some have even put it in their mouths and wiped their eyes while handling. Think of all the nasty germs that have been on the money you touched. WEAR GLOVES especially when handling money. Then throw the gloves away and sanitize. Remember, if you don't wear a mask in your car but are picking someone up, even when you put your mask back on before the person gets in, the car is already filled with your vapors. If the person driving has COVID-19 the passenger is sitting in a small space filled with COVID-19. Also keep your mask on while talking on your phone no matter where you are in public. 6. Items from stores, etc. have been handled by many other people. Wipe them down with Clorox before storing or using. There is a great deal more I could say, but the main thing is PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE!!! Look out for each other. Remember, if you accidently kill someone, a loved one, or a stranger, they are still dead! Know that without a mask on you could kill someone with your mouth simply because a person with a mask on could be careless. "Wisdom is the principle thing: therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding." Proverbs 4:7. "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocricies." James 3:17. Show mercy! Protect everyone!
