The Birthday Fellowship Club will celebrate its 17th Anniversary/. The club was organized by Dr. Joseph Capers, Sr. retired Academic Dean of Grambling State University Grambling LA. The Club celebrated December 2020 honoree Mr. Angelo Frazier and will celebrate January honoree District Attorney Mr. John Belton. The club is composed of members with diverse backgrounds.
