Monroe/Ouachita Parish Black Economic/Political Power

If only Black citizens, voters, and taxpayers, realized and would utilize the awesome political and economic powers God has granted them here in Monroe, Richwood, and Ouachita Parish, they could demand and receive all of the governmental and private sector representation they rightfully deserve. The keys to the success of total Black advancement is self-empowerment, through Black votes and money. In the city of Monroe, and town of Richwood, Black citizens are the overwhelming registered voters, and can determine who is elected to office to serve them. The same opportunity exists within Ouachita Parish where Blacks represent approximately 1/3 of the Parish population and voters. Not only do Black citizens, voters, and taxpayers have the power within Ouachita Parish to elect Black police jurors, school board members, and judges, they can help determine citizens in Monroe, Richwood, and Ouachita Parish have cumulative wealth (money) In the tens of millions of dollars that go to local governments, banks, credit unions, and businesses, etc. With these millions of dollars Black citizens can determine the success, our failure of almost every bank, credit union, Business etc., in Monroe, Richard, and Ouachita Parish. To become empowered and independent, Black citizens should use their millions to develop their own credit unions, banks, supermarkets, car dealerships, fast food outlets, burial grounds, and many other businesses. Unity is the key to success and Black empowerment. Always vote Black people.
