Honoring Alonzo "Tank" Jones

Our local community is mourning the death of a beloved father, brother, and friend as Alonzo "Tank" Jones passed away from his earthly life on November 25, 2020. Alonzo Jones was born on February 27, 1956 to parents, Martha Jones and the late Goldman Jones on February 27, 1956. He served in the United States Army for many years and was honored as a disabled veteran. He is preceded in death by his father, Goldman Jones, and brother, Donald Jones. Alonzo leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Calandria Jones, Shetanqua Brown, Cedrick Jones, and Derek Jones; his mother, Martha Jones; sisters, Carolyn Ballard (Roosevelt), Wanda Johnson (Larry), and Angelica Woods; brother, Casey Jones (Keshea); and several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
