PRAYING CHILDREN

Purpose: For all children to learn, pray and confess the Word of God.

Goal: For all children to have an intimate relationship with God through prayer & His Word.

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. Galatians 5:1

Prayer: Father, I thank You that I am saved by grace alone through faith. Christ paid the ultimate price for my liberty. In gratitude, I will stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made me free.

Confession: Through the death of Christ, I have been freed from the bondage of the law.

Wednesday and Thursday

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32

Prayer: Father, I am glad that You are my Father, and Your Son Jesus is my Savior. I thank You that I am free from the bondage of sin. I yield myself completely to You and Your teaching. With the help of the Holy Spirit, I will remain faithful to Your teaching. My desire is to be a true follower of Christ.

Confession: My true freedom is through faith in Jesus and continual obedience to His teaching.

Friday and Saturday

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Ephesians 6:10

Prayer: Father, I rejoice because the Gospel has been given to set me free so that I do not have to live like an unsaved person in this present evil world. Thank You that I can live victorious in this world in spite of opposition. It is through Your ability and divine power that I live in victory. To God be the Glory!

Confession: I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
