Happy Twins, Reagon and Rylei!
Happy Birthday Rylei and Reagon Mays who celebrated their 9th birthday in a small gathering at their home in Monroe this past week. The intimate party was themed for glow-in-the-dark fun adhering to the pandemic restrictions for gatherings. Their entire house was decorated just for them with glow-in-the-dark signs and balloons. The girls wore custom outfits they'd decorated with glow in the dark paint.
