Mayor-Elect, Friday Ellis has announced the appointment of a transition team that will lead the integration of the new Administration for the City of Monroe. Ellis, who was elected with 52 percent of the vote on July 11th, will take office following a pending ruling from the Secretary of State and Attorney General. “Throughout the campaign, I laid out a vision based upon citizen and business feedback.
