Fatal Stabbing

It's hard to figure how a 62-year-old and a 17-year-old came into contact with other, unless they are family or know each other. Usually when strange events occur, there are one of three reasons. According to police reports on Friday July 9, 2020, police were summoned to the 1600 block of South First Street in Monroe LA to a shooting.
