People make choices every day that they either must live with or not. Some choices are wise, and others are chances. According to police reports, a sex crime investigation involving a 15-year-old female who told police she made contact with an older black male suspect, Gregory Turner, in front of his house on South 4th St. The suspect had her sneak into his bedroom window. It is alleged that Turner then pulled the victim's pants down and performed a sex act and had vaginal sex without her consent. The suspect was identified from a line-up of photos. The victim's statements described the room and evidence consistent with what detectives found after a conducted search warrant. Gregory Turner was arrested and charged with 3rd-degree rape and oral sexual battery. There are three sides to every story. This was one side of this story.
