Harvey Waters Remembered

The road to birth and death have no directions or map. Harvey Waters was born on January 21, 1939 to the late Willie Mae Bracy. He was the oldest son. Harvey was a Carroll High School Graduate in Monroe LA. He was a father, grandfather and church deacon who saw the best in people. His loved for fishing kept him on waterways in his spare time. Harvey was a God-fearing man who realized where his help and strength came from. He was very humble and mild- mannered who worked hard and retired in inventory sales.
