Public Presentation of Proposed Downtown Monroe Event Center

Mayor Jamie Mayo invites the public to attend a public presentation of the proposed downtown Monroe event center from 5:30 pm until 7:30 pm Thursday, March 5, 2020, at the Monroe Public Safety Center (fire side), located at 1810 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive. The design team of the new event center (arena) will be on hand to share details about the transformational project which would be a major catalyst for a growing downtown entertainment, shopping and dining district.
