Suspects Nigel Frazier, Alicia Anderson and a juvenile have been charged with three counts of second-degree murder of Charlie Ross, Marcalis Parker and the death of Reginald Hill. Funeral services for Reginald Hill are Saturday October 19, 2019 at 11 am at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church Monroe LA. Visitation is Friday October 18, 1-6pm at Smith Funeral Home in Monroe LA.
