Although those who were there that ill-fated evening will be able to give eye-witness accounts to what transpired which led to the uneventful circumstances. In West Monroe LA on October 3, police reported a shooting of three victims on South 11th St. and Coleman Ave, Three victims were shot in a vehicle allegedly attempting to purchase a gun, which turned into a robbery. Suspects Nigel Frazier, Alicia Anderson and a juvenile have been charged with three counts of second-degree murder of Charlie Ross, Marcalis Parker and the death of Reginald Hill. Funeral services for Reginald Hill are Saturday October 19, 2019 at 11 am at Greater New Antioch Baptist Church Monroe LA. Visitation is Friday October 18, 1-6pm at Smith Funeral Home in Monroe LA.
