PRAYING STUDENTS

Purpose: For all children to learn, pray and confess the Word of God. Goal: For all children to have an intimate relationship with God through prayer & His Word.

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up.

Psalm 5:3

Prayer: Father, I acknowledge You as my King and my God. Every morning, I look forward to directing my prayer to You because You are the God of my salvation. I will watch and wait for You to speak to my heart. Lord, thank You for Your daily blessings, protection, and guidance in my life.

Confession: I am committed to pray every morning to my God.

Wednesday and Thursday

For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, Nor shall evil dwell with You. Psalm 5:4

Prayer: Father, thank You for Your grace and mercy. I know You get no pleasure from wickedness and cannot tolerate sin. I am thankful

that You are a holy and righteous God. You allow no evil in Your presence. Father God, thank You for the gift of Your Holy Spirit living in

me and enabling me to live righteously. Praise to the Holy Spirit who gives me power to walk in obedience to Your commands. May You be glorified in my life.

Confession: My God loves righteousness and so

do I.

Friday and Saturday

For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous; With favor You will surround him as with a shield. Psalm 5:12

Prayer: Father, my love and trust belong to You. I sing and shout joyfully to You because You are my Defender. I will always take refuge in You. According to Your Word, You will bless the righteous, and with favor, You will surround him as with a shield. Lord, I gladly receive this promise because I have been made righteous through faith in Christ Jesus. He is my righteousness. I owe it all to Jesus.

Confession: I rejoice in the Lord because of His love and protection. In Christ Jesus, I am blessed. The favor of God surrounds my life as

a shield.
